Therapy Pricing
Riviera Hand Therapy is a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. For patients with commercial insurance, we can provide a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
If you have Original Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan, please contact us before scheduling. Private payment is not automatically an option for covered services. Read our Medicare FAQ.

Custom splints
Custom splints (also called orthoses) are individually fabricated and fitted by a Certified Hand Therapist. Splint fees are separate from therapy visit fees and vary based on size, complexity, fabrication time, and materials. We’ll discuss the anticipated cost with you before fabrication whenever possible.
