In California, you can start OT without a referral. We’re happy to coordinate with your surgeon or physician if you have one.

Initial evaluations are 75 minutes. Standard follow-up visits are 60 minutes, with brief 30-minute and extended 90-minute visits available when appropriate. Your therapist will help determine the right length for your needs. All visits are one-on-one.

Please contact us before scheduling if you have Original Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan. Medicare has specific requirements for occupational and physical therapy, and private payment is not automatically an option for covered services. We’ll need to confirm whether we can provide the requested service before arranging an appointment.
